BATCH FEEDING SYSTEM

Due to the particular reinforced structure of the tank, Sicoma Twin Shaft Mixers can be equipped with a Batch Feeding System stacked on the mixer using the fixing plates on the tank frame without the need of any additional metal structures. This system is composed by a supporting frame having the fixing plates that are preassembled at the factory, holding the various hoppers. - Aggregates Holding Hopper with butterfly discharge valve operated by an hydraulic cylinder connected to the hydraulic power pack of the mixer with an additional electrovalve. The hopper is equipped with an electrical vibrator 270 Watt; - Cement Weigh Hopper suspended on three load cells (compression type), with sliding valve and related pneumatic cylinder to be connected to the air circuit of the batching plant, with aeration nozzles, with the coupling flange for an optional electrical vibrator, with the hole for the installation of a WAM Hopper Jet filter. - Water Scale suspended on three load cells (compression type), with butterfly discharge valve and related pneumatic cylinder to be connected to the air circuit of the batching plant. - Air Bag System with supporting frame and Air Hopper to absorb the air shock generated by the fast discharge of the aggregates into the mixer. All electrical devices (load cells, micro switches) are cabled and connected to an IP55 Junction Box fixed to the hopper frame.
