Electrically-heated air circulationg oven for drying ABS and alternatively PC panels

The unit consists primarily of an insulated oven housing mounted on a base frame. A switch cabinet is fitted on the left-hand side and contains the electrical equipment. All our ovens are equipped with a double sealing set made of silicone. Thanks to its high level of flexibility, the silicone seal ensures optimal tightness on the door frame, which is manufactured to maximum precision. The interior and its air circulating system are manufactured entirely of V2A stainless steel (1.4301) and are welded vapour-tight. High-power ventilators which are mounted in the oven roof ensure continuous air circulation and consequently good spatial temperature distribution. The number of ventilators is determined by the oven geometry. Heating is by means of electrical heating resistance units which are arranged in such a way that the air to be heated must always flow past the heating elements. Temperature control is by means of an electronic thermostat (PID). The target and actual values are displayed digitally and permanently. An electronic temperature limiter is fitted. A Pt 100 resistance thermometer which reacts almost instantaneously acts as a sensor and is fitted in the circulation system where it is positioned so as to provide optimal measurement. The control unit is fitted inside the switch cabinet. The design and construction correspond to the relevant VDE, EN, IEC and DIN norms. The switch unit is normally fitted on the side opposite the door stop, but can also be supplied separately for fitting to a building wall. Only brand-name products are used for the components. The oven's electric cables are enclosed in protective tubes, and all connections are marked in accordance with the circuit diagram. All the components we use are designed to deal with situations in an optimal technical way and to ensure a long operating life.
