Double acting high pressure head, single acting air drive head. Smooth operation with less pressure shocks compared to single acting pumps. The pump is operated by compressed air (any compressor not included). Operating panel with: - precision pressure gauge 0-600 bar, - valves, water storage tank with float valve. - stainless steel pipe work, all wetted parts non-corroding in water. - water filter and air filter-regulator. - Manually controlled as standard. To reach a test pressure (water) of 450 bar compressed air at 5,23 bar is required. Working pressure: 0-450 bar. Pressure ratio 1:63. Flow: 5,04 l/min when air drive pressure is 6 bar and outlet pressure is 0 bar. Flow: 4,44 l/min when air drive pressure is 6 bar and outlet pressure is 100 bar. Flow: 2,5 l/min when air drive pressure is 6 bar and outlet pressure is 250 bar. Additional fitting: Supplied with threaded connection 1/4” BSPP for any pressure sensor.
