Low dehumidification unit

In order to dry extremely hygroscopic components or semi-finished products, and to ensure good drying even in difficult ambient conditions, we make use of a suitable low-dehumidification unit. This unit has proved itself to be very successful for drying polycarbonate panels. The unit is positioned next to the oven, to which it is connected by means of flexible air hoses and the electrical supply system. During the drying process, air is continuously drawn out of the oven, brought to a dew point of approx. -40°C, and then returned to the oven. This results in an extremely low level of air humidity. which greatly increases drying of the material to be dried. In addition, the drying temperature can be reduced, which is very useful in many cases. Two drying agent cartridges, which can be alternately regenerated, ensure a continuous flow of dry air. The unit's energy requirement is very low. Low dehumidification is not effective if the oven is not also welded vapour-tight on the inside, which also applies in this case. Additional sealing of the door is not necessary, as in all cases our oven doors and double-sealed, so they are sufficiently tight. The electrical power supply comes from the overall system, through which it is fused. In the event of a fault, it also switches off. Electrical power supply: 2.4 kW Water connection: R ½ inch
