Duct OD: 1426 x 698 mm Flange to Flange Gap: 200 mm Design Temp.: 90° C Axial Comp: 40 mm Lateral: 10 mm Angular: 2° All steel frames shall be made of Mild Steel conforming to IS 2062 Grade E250 BR material and painted with 1 coat of Zinc Silicate Primer (50 microns) after blast cleaning to SA 2.5. The duct flange thickness has been considered as 10 mm and sleeve thickness is considered as 8 mm as shown in the enquiry drawing. Fasteners are considered as M12 x 50 of grade 4.6.
