Fornax T 12000LT Curing Oven with Trolley

The oven is built over a light but strong chassis of steel profiles onto which are mounted sandwich panels (outside white, inside zinck). Insulation 100 mm of high grade mineral wool. At the front of the oven there is a two-leaf side hinged door for easy access to the oven chamber. One of the doors is connected to an electric switch, which will shut off the heating elements if the door is opened while the oven is in operation. The oven has rails for the trolley mounted on the floor. A section of the rails will fold into the oven when the oven is in operation. A separate section of rails outside the oven makes it possible to pull the trolley completely out of the oven, thus facilitating loading and unloading. The manually operated trolley has a load capacity of 2,000 kg. The oven is equipped with a digital non-programmable PID temperature controller. Continuous exchange of air from the oven chamber is ensured by an inlet pipe with a manual damper enabling the operator to adjust the airflow. The oven is not built in accordance with EN 1539. To these dimensions must be added 350 mm in the width for the control cabinet. Alternatively, thecontrol cabinet can be mounted on a wall maximum 5 m away from the oven. The wheels are equipped with temperature resistant bearings. The trolley has a steel structure for 40 plastic sheets (dimension 1,700 x 2,700 mm, thickness 8 mm) Door: Manually operated two-leaf side hinged door in the front of the oven. Ventilation: 2 pcs. Ø350 mm ventilation fans, powered by 0.75 kW, 1,400 rpm motor. The fans each have a capacity of 2,500 m3/hour (nominal). Circulation factor 6.2, which gives a very high heat transition to the work piece and a uniform heat distribution in the oven chamber. Air in: via a duct on the oven top (manual damper) Air out: via a duct on the oven top – must be connected to an exhaust pipe in the workshop.
