KSSM-11/2 Cutting and melting machine

Use: For cutting the candle strand and melting the candle head Dimensions: candle 0: 6-11 mm cylindrical length: 120 - 280 mm Capacity: max 12,000 candles/h (depending on candle dimensions) Description: Upon entering the machine the candle strand is cut to the desired length. A roller belt conveys the cut pieces to the melting plate. The roller belt makes the cut pieces rotate as they pass the meting plate, which shapes the candle head and thus uncovers the wick. The finished candles leave the machine via a discharge chute. The motien paraffin is collected by a non-heated collecting tank, which is placed below the machine.
