High current cable, type ONECABLE, with the following characteristics: - Copper terminals in high conductivity copper Cu-HCP 99,95%, norms UNI EN 13601, dim. 310x160x50mm, n.1 fixed and n.1 rotating terminals; - Nr.12 Triflex Plus copper ropes with high conductivity electrolytic copper wires with a diam. of 0,8mm, every rope is covered by a LS0H (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath which guarantees no flame propagation, excellent resistance to abrasion and to working temperature from -50° to +90°C, in addition the sheath is perforated thanks to new Punch & Press technology to allow the cooling of the rope. - High voltage cable protection and cooling hose for electric arc furnace, type HD, with thermal and anti wearing protection, diam. 170 x 204 mm; - External silicone glass sleeve, thickness 1,5mm, L.5000mm; - Non-magnetic A316 stainless steel - Minimum bending radius 850mm - Holes as per drawing 6.251193.X REV.01
